The National Katyn Memorial Foundation

The group meets at the Council 21 Lounge as needed.  For more information about the Foundation, please visit the Katyn Memorial website.

A Remembrance is held in April each year commemorating the anniversary of the 1940 Katyn Massacre.  The Memorial is located in the 600 block of President Street known as Katyn Circle.  Ceremonies usually begin at 1 PM after a Mass at Holy Rosary Church at 10:30 AM and a short reception after Mass in the church's undercroft.  A Remembrance is also offered for the anniversary of the plane crash that killed President Kaczynski and his entourage on their way to the Katyn site for a 70th Anniversary ceremony in 2010.
